Dr. SEFADİYE CESUR
Dr. Sefadiye Cesur is a multifaceted physician with a rich educational and occupational background. She holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from Faculty of Medicine of Ege University where she excelled academically and demonstrated a keen interest in occupational health and wellness. (1993-1999)
Driven by her passion for aesthetics and patient care, Dr. Cesur further expanded her skill set by pursuing training and certification in medical aesthetics in 2005. With her meticulous attention to detail and compassionate approach, she quickly established herself as a trusted medical aesthetics physician, specializing in a wide range of cosmetic procedures aimed at enhancing natural beauty and boosting patient confidence.
Following her medical trainings, Dr. Cesur pursued specialized residency training in occupational medicine. During this time, she gained comprehensive experience in conducting workplace assessments, providing health surveillance for workers, and collaborating with employers to implement safety protocols and prevent occupational injuries and illnesses. Between the years of 2013 – 2019 she worked as an occupational physician in Osmangazi Electric Distribution Joint Stock Company and between 2019 – 2022 in Armin Joint Stock Company.
In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Cesur assumed leadership roles within healthcare organizations, serving as a responsible manager as a physician between the years 2022 – 2024. She worked as a responsible manager in MCAN Health Company. Leveraging her clinical expertise and strategic vision, she oversaw clinical operations, implemented quality assurance measures, and led interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care and optimize operational efficiency. Since the beginning of 2024 she has been working as a practitioner of hair transplant, medical aesthetic physician and responsible manager of Novar Polyclinics, İzmir.
Throughout her career, Dr. Sefadiye Cesur has remained committed to lifelong learning and professional development. She actively participates in medical conferences, workshops, and leadership seminars to stay abreast of the latest advancements in occupational medicine, aesthetic medicine, and healthcare management.
